Bullis had a drastic fall from winning the ISL AA championship last year to going 0-7 in ISL play. In addition to losing most of their top players, Bullis also lost their coach of the last few years. Flint Hill only went 4-3 in ISL regular season play and lost to GDS in the semifinals, but made a surprising run to the VISAA state championship beating Bishop O’Connell in the semis and Paul VI in the finals.
