[/quote] My understanding is that it's allowed as long as it meets certain state standards, MSDE reviewed it a few years ago and found it did not, MCPS revised it and claimed to address those issues, and people in the know from MCCPTA believe those changes did not actually address the issues raised by MSDE (which has not re-reviewed it.)[/quote]
