Absolutely not. You don’t have any obligation to coworkers for their mental health. They aren’t children and they aren’t family. You don’t know anything, so just set boundaries and let their life play out as it will. I have suicidal relatives, and the number one rule is boundaries boundaries — they will drag you down with them. And that is what can happen here. I would move and find a new job OP.
