I wanted to share because this is what my Indian mom taught me, and it works for her and for me (she's 70 and I'm 45), and we both may have some genetic predisposition towards it. When I don't wear eye cream and give my lower and upper eyelids a massage, and drink a ton of water, they do get dry and dark. [/quote]
