AND if we return this Friday, technically we should be certifying time for another pay period to be paid NEXT WEEK. Because the timing of our return, I’m unsure if they will process 3.3 checks together or 2.3 checks and then turn around and pay us again a couple days later. [/quote]

You are correct. We officially missed 2 pay checks (October 24/25; and November 7/8) and a third-ish of one check (the partial check from October 10/11).

We are due a regular check again on November 21/22. We validate/certify time for that check this Friday (November 14).

If payroll processes them together (because of the proximity) it is 3.3 checks. If backpay is separate then the backpay check will be 2.3 checks. And then payroll will turn around again and issue pay for November 21/22. They may lump all 3.3 together. Or you’ll get paid twice in a week (back pay and regular pay). [/quote]
