[/quote] Not a regular employee, but there are some that would care: military officer, CIA, astronaut, probably others. Chances are OP’s daughter isn’t going to be in one of the few professions where it might matter and where she has to divulge that info/or it may be accessed. So I agree with the PP that said leave no paper trail, if you can afford it and it sounds like this is for something pretty minor, but if you can’t afford to, I’d still go ahead giving child what you think they need.
