You can't compare Dartmouth to Michigan or any other Big Ten school not named Northwestern. They are nothing alike in prestige, selectivity, social scene, etc.[/quote]

Exactly. Dartmouth is a small school in the North Woods that gets their white students from basically eight exclusive private schools. Then they get some East and South Asians from public schools to get their academic creds up. Throw in some internationals. Add some athletes. Mix with some FGLI. And there's Dartmouth.

It doesn't compare with real universities like Michigan and Northwestern and the Big Ten. Valid point.  [/quote]
