A program at school on Veterans Day focused on the sacrifices our veterans have made on our behalf would be at least incrementally more likely to develop gratitude for the sacrifices required by our service members and their families. [/quote]+1. Do a program at school to respect the holiday and move on. Veteran's Day, Indigenous People's Day, MLK Day and President's Day can all be worked into the curriculum.[/quote]
