Who MCPS is asking for some big money for capital improvements coming up. Honestly even if I agreed with everything in the current process and plan (which I very much don't) I would still think it's deeply unwise for Taylor and MCPS to push ahead at this point. Honestly while I have many criticisms of Taylor, "not politically savvy" has not been one to date. So part of me thinks he will see the writing on the wall here and hit the brakes.
