I do think it is fair to wonder how well schools are doing at teaching kids math and literacy as these skills are important for a lot of things in life. And in general, the MD school report card website seems poorly designed and unclear - they could clearly label their tables and charts so you don't have to dig into other documents to find out what the numbers they are listing actually are.[/quote]
