[/quote] I wonder if they chose to stay or if they weren't accepted elsewhere.[/quote] Of course we don't know this specific situation, but realize there are 52 ADW schools that are applying to GZ, Prep, St. Johns, etc. There are only about 15-20 applications in total from the Heights going to many schools (1/2 the families are in VA) and probably only 5-10 to GZ or Prep, where there are 80 from MD and 80% of the 8th grade class from the other schools. Most schools are going to get some kids in but usually not all. The Heights is usually (unless it's some special case) getting most kids in. Just like MD gets almost their whole class into GZ or Prep. [/quote]
