[/quote] If you meet the age limit go to Costco or Walmart and make an online appointment for an immunization. If your DOB is over the limit, the Gardasil vax will not show up as an option. There appears to be the option to be full pay at Costco member or non-member, (around $300) and not use insurance. Similar arrangement at Walmart pharmacy immunizations. I don't know if they require age confirming documentation. Ahem. [/quote]
