Do you have a particular reason why you are seeking something so specific? Like have you had issues in the past with your hair picking up red tones? I made myself crazy looking for a color as you could keep my hair, dark brown without pulling any red toes, and it turns out I need to stick to a Demi permanent color. I need a color that is deposit only or else I will start to get red toe the second the sun touches my hair
Even Demi will pull red/brassy. This will happen no matter what. I didn’t think mine did either, until I say some photos of myself in bright sunlight. While it isn’t as noticeable as a permanent color, it is still more brassy than my natural brown
I'm sorry but OP said "cool brunette", that's not that specific. She didn't mention anything about red tones, brassiness, etc., where are you getting this from???
Not PP but every natural brunette knows when this question is asked in the context of “cool”, it’s usually due to bad experiences with it turning too warm / red toned when dyed in the past. You should be grateful you’ve never experienced this, it’s a bit*h to correct (and sometimes you can’t correct it). So yeah, “cool brunette” is actually VERY specific, you just didn’t understand that.
