Online it says that it’s no big deal if the students can’t make it to school in person and I noticed a few of the high school basketball players are from states like Connecticut, Florida, and New York. Are the kids from out of town going to be attending school regularly or just coming in town for games?
This is an odd set up. I think this would not occur to often as the big draw for the St James is the Actual "in-person/ in-facilty" training athletes receive there. There is no developmental benefit if doing online school & training at home. The only exception is you are paying to be on the team and you get playing time during college showcases and due to a team high level, you get good visibility during game time and showcases. This might be a better option for a high profile athlete who lives elsewhere and is stuck on a poorly performing team that will not attend a high level showcase. -But for all other developing athletes, I think you are paying for the in-person coaching, practice and training 5-days per week which develops the players.
