In Europe many of the top Acadamies have Futsal programs that they play every week or two. With older players you have to keep things focused on training and skills. This is because the ball is weighted and players can kick it hard and fast. Also some players didnt grow up playing Futsal so they push themselves and get hurt. Unfortunately many field coaches look at Futsal as a novelty. If they grew up playing this wouldn't be the case. [/quote]
