[/quote] Tourists tend to do it the most because they spend all day away from their hotels and might not have access to water. Europe is super stingy with water, even at restaurants where you pay a lot for water and it’s never refilled. I don’t use a water bottle daily but when I’m in a big city like DC I make sure to bring a water bottle so I don’t have to buy one later. [/quote]
