[/quote] If you even mention it to your insurance it gets logged in your CLUE report which means future insurers will see it if you want to shop around. They may use it against you and charge a higher premium. Its better if the other drivers insurance accepts responsibility and pays a fair amount and bypassing your insurance completely. Obviously if its not that smooth then you have to get yours involved [/quote]
