I’m hoping that will help address the problem - if not I’ll decide whether to continue managing with iron or go on pill (or iud). I haven’t started HRT and my periods are still very regular. My GP suggested having a conversation soon about HRT but my gyn hasn’t raised it other than BCPs to manage the bleeding.

I recently had a few nights of night sweats - but two I was on a new (unrelated) medication and two I was traveling and the duvet was really heavy so I’m not sure I’m having that symptom “for keeps” yet.
