Not that poster, but there is one house in my neighborhood (larger lots, single family homes, so not squeezed in tight), and I truly cannot breathe as I walk the block past it.  I have no idea why it would feel so concentrated out at the curb/sidewalk like that.  I have no underlying conditions like asthma, etc.  But I cannot breathe.  There are other areas where people smoke in the neighborhood where the smell annoys me, but I can still breathe.  So I just deal with it.  But it makes me wonder about areas that seem to hold the smoke and/or areas that affect people with underlying respiratory conditions who need to deal with it on a regular basis.  If there were retail areas that caused that much discomfort for me, I would definitely avoid them. [/quote]
