I do know there's about 100 acres or so that's been set aside for development but not sure when that's being kicked off. Honestly I love it, it's quiet. The only difference I see between Laytonsville and Poolesville is that you can get to multiple places in 10-15 min from Laytonsville - Olney, Goshen, Germantown, and Gaithersburg. From Poolesville, you only have one way down Rt 28. [/quote]
