You are not expected to do something. For God's sakes. Quit being a martyr. If these people are expecting you to produce anything when you're flying, arriving just in time and not in your own house, then they're rude. And you should stop expecting to take up space in someone else's kitchen. Bring a hostess gift the household can use after Thanksgiving, if you absolutely must. [/quote]
