Lending someone money (thats really what this is, even if pennys) a dozen times without them once returning the 'favor', isn't a 'favor'. You are being taken advantage of and being disrespected.

Screw OP's coworker. I've known these types. I kept a bottle of ranch dressing in the fridge for the salds I bring in and one woaan asked if she could borrow some. I said OK, thinking she was gonna borrow a serving

You know what she did? She got a paper coffee cup and filled it to the brim and wrapped it tight with saran wrap and a rubber band. She used it for like two weeks.

Now I respond with "Hell no" to any requests she has.
