That being said, aren't private companies considered "at will" employment? You could quit and walk away right now, and they can also fire you at any point for any reason, unless you are being fired for a specific protected reason, such as religion, your biological sex, being too old or being pregnant. Getting fired for being the newest employee, for not producing, for screwing up, or even because you annoy the boss with too many questions are not protected classes. Where would the lawsuit be?[/quote]
