Paying the BOE allows them to be accountable for true oversight.

Also, the BOE votes on a SLEW of administrative appointments. Maybe they could start by vetting and rejecting some of the candidates the superintendent puts forward for those positions instead of rubberstamping all of them.[/quote]

Thank you. Central office has proven time and time again how incompetent or ignorant they are to the law and policy.
