Dunbar might be the last real driver of charter growth in this city. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has the lowest IB proportion of any high school in the city. Given how the wards it serves has grown, it’s unacceptable that the IB option is as bad as it is (considerably worse than any other high school EOTR, arguably worse than Baillou). [/quote]
