I wouldn't have lowered the charges, but I understand why you did. You can refer to that previous lowering as evidence of your prudence and concern for community wishes. Now it's time for the pendulum to swing in favor of the overall community's needs vs. returns to individual owners. Stick to your guns. You are doing good work and they have free time and conscientious oversight while doing nothing. They owe you respect. Let them complain. Rare is the co-owner who steps up to take on the work after grousing.[/quote]
