Sorry to see these folks go, but I don't make the rules. Of course, I assume that there will also be criminal referrals because we all know that Trump would never give his friends special treatment.

If it can be proved that the subjects in discussion, including Cook, applied for a mortgage on a principle residence without intent to occupy the home as a principle residence for at least 12 months from the note date, the subjects are indeed guilty of fraud. Proving this intent without a shadow of doubt isn't always as easy as it would seem. If due process leads to these subjects being found guilty of fraud, we should all agree that employment termination can fairly be on the table. [/quote]
