I'd start the day with a hike in Griffith Park, then go down and get brunch somewhere nearby like Larchmont Village or Los Feliz. Next I'd probably continue west and go to LACMA/Academy museum (movies)/shopping at the Grove or Melrose,depending on what your preference is. Then continue west for the dinner in Venice idea.[/quote]
