It's just that when rentering the work force they should expect that they will most likely not waltz into a job. Employers are looking for experienced people who have worked very recently or are currently working. As such Sahms are at a disadvantage and need to recognize that and not expect to get the same type of position as someone who chose not to sahm. Just like I as a wohm have to accept that I miss some of my child's milestones one of the consequences of returning to work. [/quote]
