Not everyone is as savvy and DC and DCPS regularly waste TONS of money on things like multiple postcard campaigns reminding everyone how important regular school attendance is. But somehow no one thought to produce information helping families figure out how to help their kids navigate a completely new bus system rolled out when school was out.
