I liked the suggestion to use the service where the meal is cooked at the special person's house by professional chefs, and they also bring all the china, etc and handle all the clean up. That's essentially what a private chef would do but under this service you have the reliability that the chef would be excellent. There's a lot of quality variations in the private chef world.[/quote]
