On both you are assigned to a team and have a practice with that team once a week with a consistent coach throughout the fall. MVSA tends to do straight competition between teams on their competition day. MOCO tends to do a combined skills/competition day on their competition day. Both are hard to get into and sell out quickly, but neither has started yet and sometimes players drop out once they get teams formed.
