Not the PP but daily weed especially in carts and high dose THC absolutely changes teens.  They are completely disengaged, grades are not that great, start skipping class, handing around unmotivated losers.  Not to mention issues with psychosis, potential lacing, lack of brain development, and just the fact most are "self medicating" due to mental health issues that aren't being addressed which is really sad.
