[/quote] I think one thing many non-DMV posters (like PP) don't recognize about this board is that it is first meant for DMV residents and that there are actual Washington, DC residents posting on here who do not have that in-state school that is the easy choice. It is a different calculation for us. We will not get in-state tuition anywhere so COA is a factor for every school. [/quote]
