The recent feds we've hired recently have a reputation for being box-checkers, sticklers for the rules, and they can hold up decisions due to process. They are all wicked smart and I'm sure they will adapt quickly. It's obvious the culture from their past career differs from the corporate culture of my work.[/quote]
