+1 how often do you drink these days? We went on a long hike yesterday and after it we went to a brewery and even just one beer went straight to my head. Because I’m not 25 anymore, hadn’t eaten or drank enough throughout the hike I’m sure even though we DID eat and drink throughout but you’re still just expending a lot. You had 4 in one afternoon (this was before dinner so the time frame you gave is longer than the 4 I think, 8 is after the incident when you actually left it sounds like. sunhat or not you were in the sun all day drinking 4 drinks and you probably don’t do that often anymore. Dinner wasn’t until almost 9:30pm. I said between noon—8 because 8 was when we last got off the boat and I had already finished my last drink, though I can’t recall when. [/quote]

What had you eaten between noon and 8 then? 9:30 is an extremely late dinner for people out on a boat and in the sun all day. Maybe you didn’t eat most of the day and that was part of it?[/quote]
This is what I’m surmising but I’m not sure. I had pretzels, watermelon, and two pinwheel sandwiches from Costco, if you’re familiar. I was starving and excited to eat dinner but felt completely ill once we got off the boat and were sitting down to eat. It just hit me like a ton of bricks. Before that I was functioning fine; packing up gear and moving it to our car, helping clear out the boat. I was in no way even tipsy. [/quote]
