Maybe it’s not from online.  Maybe my kids got sent home from school for 1.5 years due to Covid that they ended up getting anyway as did everyone they know.  Maybe my kids are the ones who have had to hear endless talk about ged we and identity and are just over all the woke crap.  And they know who peddles it.  They do!!
