The UK is really strict about this stuff and sending your lawyer to court on your behalf is not equivalent to failing to appear in most cases. While she shouldn't speed, 4 tickets in 3 years within 10 miles of the speed limit and counting camera catches (!) is really nothing... By that standard, the majority of Americans would likely not be able to drive.[/quote]
