If/when quantum computing reaches a point where it's a threat to the bitcoin network, the entire world will be at risk. Bitcoin, and most other things I assume, will also evolve countermeasures for quantum-proof cryptography by that point. People talking about quantum computing like it's some unique threat to bitcoin is like saying "Yeah, well, the sun is going to expand and burn the earth to a crisp one day, before burning itself out.
