Why would you travel in a skirt? I don’t get it. Restrictive and dumb in emergencies
How is it more restrictive than pants? or dumb in emegencies? Unless I am working out or participating in actual sport, I only wear dresses and skirts even when traveling. Never had an issue.
Same. I also only wear dresses and skirts. I think shorts are too casual for playing tourist in most big cities, particularly in Europe. But pants are too hot often. I get a lot of compliments on my outfits and look pulled together in dresses.
I also wear skorts all spring and summer. Jeans/pants are too hot and far less comfortable. Leggings are comfortable but too hot. I'm old and overweight and can't find comfortable casual summer dresses that look good on me; so I do the skorts. The pockets are extremely practical and allow me to go for a walk or run errands without carrying an annoying purse. They're very comfortable - if you get ones with longer undershort length so they don't ride up. And most of them are perfect for a casual evening out or other events.
