First of all, as a fellow Fed thank you for your service to the American people and I am sorry you lost your job due to this chaos. Call CareFirst and check with them on the price or if they have an app, you should be able to check prices based on your plan. Wegovy is avail for $125/mo or $125/90 days via mail order through Caremark but it’s only through the Standard plan (which I’m not sure if that is only avail to Feds or not) and only for the higher doses, which are not the starting doses.
