FEMA/DOGE could have not forced retirement on the person who would have called county officials. They did. The camp could have built the new cabins outside of the flood plain. They didn't. There are so many choices made at the county, state and federal level - all made by republicans, and the tragic end is "its gods will" when infact, these deaths were entirely preventable.[/quote]
