I've read that LEOs are supposed to identify themselves, read miranda rights and have a warrant signed by a judge for arrests. However, it seems pretty common for ICE to wear masks, not identify themselves, have no warrants or warrants not signed by a judge and take away people. How come there are no lawsuits enforcing those rules? Personally, I think everyone should get due process and criminal illegals should be deported, but wondering why none of the democratic state governors or the variety of non-profits that purport to stand for people's rights have not sued thus far. At least get an injunction in state courts so they can't operate like that in a particular state.

Warrant is not required. It is not criminal procedure, it is administrative procedure. Interesting how it bites back those who was screaming for years that these illegals are not criminals, and now they want criminal procedure to be followed. [/quote]
