Flash flooding has been happening in central Texas forever moron. It might be faster for you to identify what weather event is not due to climate change in your expert opinion. Are there even any events that aren’t?
No shit Sherlock, but there will be more flash floods with higher intensity in the coming years due to human-induced climate change. Climate change is making extreme weather events more frequent and intense, including flash floods. Canadian Climate Institute research shows that flood damage could increase significantly in the coming decades if adaptation measures are not taken. https://climateinstitute.ca/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Turning-the-tide.pdf
