Obviously, it's 100% OP's choice (unless her spouse is one of the people who wants to go), but people do care. We take a family beach vacation, and one thing I am excited about is spending more time with the newest family member! If her parents decided not to come, I would not chastise, but I would absolutely care.[/quote]
