If you are in a grocery store and you stop your cart right in the middle of the aisle (so others cannot get around you) while you text someone is flat-out rude and inconsiderate. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened to me, with people on both sides of the offender trying to get by, saying "Excuse me" and being completely ignored. [/quote]
