Have seen many over hiring/ lay off cycles, myself included but when a boss was protecting her position. Did I cry and blame America? No. I was mad and called my network of supporters who had been through the same, talked with my family, and then instigated my job search plan for the year. Ended up relocating, and happy. I’ll do that again and again if I have to. It’s part of being an adult. And a job search. In any country. Keep your skills, attitude and network up. [/quote]
