46 hasn't been kind. While I'm figuring out hormones, exercise regime, food, etc, I need to get dressed. It's hot. I hate my legs - they are veiny and I have thick ankles. I need suggestions for skirts that I can wear that are above the knee. I have a few long skirts, and i have a few dresses, and I have linen pants. But - I would like a few shorter options despite the current state of my body - and I'm stuck. Help me with suggestions? I'm a size 10/12.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CYC65DCF/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_4?smid=A1NWEKIL8JK1I9&th=1&psc=1 A-line skirt hitting just above the kneecap. Balances out your ankles. I don't know your height; but if average, your top half is not overly big. This is a skort - extremely comfortable, practical, pockets, inexpensive - great for getting through the summer. Can be more athletic and take a long brisk walk; or dress up with a nicer shirt and some sandals or flats and go to out to dinner. I'm older and larger than you and get lots of compliments from younger and "my age" ladies. So much cooler than shorts and more flattering than long bulky skirts.
