[/quote] Honestly, I'm pretty impressed with Dominion. I don't love the above ground lines, but it would be crazy expensive and disruptive to bury them. You can still get outages with buried lines. The times we've lost power, it was restored pretty quickly. Yesterday's storm was huge. Over 200k lost power. That's over 7% of their entire customer base. (shockingly, our lights didn't even flicker yesterday w/ all above ground lines. But it's definitely gone out before)[/quote]
