Are we finally breaking out a section for the disordered eaters?
I have been trying to decide whether there is a way to read Diet & Exercise and avoid the disordered eaters. I’ve come to the conclusion I cannot.
I support creating a separate forum for this reason. I think there should be an Exercise & Fitness forum, and a Diet, Nutrition & Weight Loss forum. I don't find the GLP discussion depressing or upsetting, but I have no interest in discussing GLPs or any diet-related weight loss approaches. I just want to discuss exercise and fitness. If I discuss food in that context, it would be something like "what do you eat to help with recovery after heavy lifting?" or "good non-messy snacks for the gym" or something. Weight loss is not part of my exercise/fitness journey -- I only care about building strength, getting better at my sport, and feeling good. But the Diet & Exercise forum is largely about weight loss.
NP. Why don’t you start threads with these titles? No need for a separate forum when it is a low traffic one as is.
